Yes & No. we do set up the Inflatable(s), but we do not set up tables and chairs. Table and chairs will be placed aside for you and you can set them up however you would like. Please note that tables and chairs must be broken down and placed aside before we come to pick up your items.
Delivery: Price does not include delivery. Delivery depends on what city you are in and the delivery fee will automatically be calculated to your total when you check out.

We always reserve the right to cancel a reservation (at no penalty to you) if there is rain at (60% chance or higher) or high winds (over 16 mph). Safe operation of our units and customer safety is our most concern. You may cancel your order due to rain at anytime and you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

You should not use an inflatable in the rain because they become very slippery when wet and may cause serious injury. You are responsible to disconnect the electrical blower from the inflatable and secure it in a dry place until it stops raining.

We currently deliver to the following city's Artesia, Bellflower, Brea, Buena Park, Cerritos, Cypress, Downey, Fullerton, Hacienda Heights, La Habra, Lakewood, La Mirada, La Palma, Long Beach, Norwalk, Rossmoor, Santa Fe Springs, Whittier. If your event is outside of our delivery area you can still give us a call at (562) 268-4472 to see if we will be able to deliver, sometimes, based on the day or how many orders we have going out, we might be able to go out further than usual.
We offer a damage waiver for 9% of your order total, and we will waive all damages to your rentals not including intentional damages, lost or stolen items.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the inflatable unit up the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an 20amp, outlet within 25 feet of the unit or a Generator.
Please note that if the inflatable is not close to an electrical outlet and it will require an extension cord you will be responsible for providing an extension cord. Extension cords longer than 50 ft are not recommended.

We are pleased to offer a risk-free cancellation policy for our valued customers. Should you need to cancel your order for any reason, please reply to the confirmation email that you received when you placed the order. Our staff will cancel the order and send a cancellation confirmation via email. This deposit is fully refundable if you need to cancel your order for any reason as long as you cancel 3 days prior to the event date or if weather-related, until 2PM the day before. After that time, the deposit will be held as a raincheck, valid for 6 months.
Please be aware that once equipment setup has commenced, full payment is due and no refunds or credits will be issued thereafter. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless experience from start to finish.

We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator from us. We rent generators for $130. Also, Parks require an insurance certificate with your information.

We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), asphalt, concrete and astroturf. Sorry, we can't set up on Dirt or any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the inflatables vinyl.
Yes a 20% deposit of total order is required when booking an order online to secure your rental items. This deposit is fully refundable if you need to cancel your order for any reason as long as your order is canceled 3 days prior to the event date or if weather-related, until 2 PM the day before. After that time, the deposit will be held as a raincheck, valid for 6 months.
We accept Cash, Zelle and Business Checks (on approval only). We do not accept personal checks.
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured in the state of California. We service all private and public schools, churches and local parks. We have fully liability insurance for all our products, commercial auto insurance and can provide Certificates of Insurance upon request.
Yes and no. You are Not responsible for normal wear and tear on our inflatable units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. dog chewing the unit, Silly string, someone stabs the inflatables, graffiti is written on the unit, etc.) then you will be responsible for any damages up to the repair or replacement cost. If silly string is used on the inflatable(s) it causes permanent damage and a $300 FEE will be applied to all units found with silly string.
Yes. All inflatables are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your delivery. Our delivery crew also carry extra cleaning supplies in case a second sanitizing is required upon delivery. We are committed to making sure that your children have a clean, healthy, and safe environment in which to play. We also safety check all equipment before it goes out to our clients. This way, you are always guaranteed a unit that is safe, clean and in good working order. Our goal is the safety of the children.
Our recommendation is if you want a specific jumper or the latest pick up time that you make your reservation as soon as you have a party date. Most reservations take place 2 - 3 weeks from the scheduled day. We take reservations as far in advance as 3 months. If you need to change your date, please call as soon as possible to see if the jumper you rented is available for your new date.
